Digital signage / Hotels and resorts

Your guest just checked in. The spa has three open slots and they don't know it.

Screens in the lobby, elevators, and restaurant sell what guests would buy if they knew about it: spa time, dinner, late checkout, and local tours.

Schedule breakfast, spa, and happy hour once. The screens run them every day.

Breakfast in the morning, the spa after check-in, the bar at night. The schedule runs every property on its own.

    What your staff stops doing

    • Printing meeting room signs every morning
    • Answering breakfast and pool hours at the desk all day
    • Reprinting the restaurant menu for every change
    • Updating tent cards in every elevator
    • Sending a runner to swap event signs between sessions

What screens do for each person at the property

General managerMore revenue from outlets guests already walk past, and a lobby that looks current.
Food and beverageDinner and bar specials in front of every guest who crosses the lobby.
Sales and eventsMeeting and event signage by room, updated from a phone.
Front deskFewer repeat questions, so the line moves faster at check-in.

    Show more than slides

Video, social feeds, web pages, and news tickers, split into zones on the same screen.

What screens return for your business

Enter your locations and sales. Every assumption is visible and editable.

Prefilled with a typical figure. Enter yours for a sharper estimate.

Show me my location on screen

Estimates, not guarantees. Results depend on your content, placement, and execution. Screen cost uses $40 per screen per month. Volume pricing lowers that as you add screens and locations. How we calculate.

From first call to live screens

You see your own location on screen before you decide anything.

    1. See your mockup

A 15 minute call. We show your location on screen with your brand and your content.

    2. Install it yourself, or let us

Already have TVs? Many clients install it themselves. Plug a small media player into the back of each TV, connect it to Wi-Fi, and you're live. Need us to install? No problem. We handle the TVs, mounts, cabling, and network.

    3. Run it from your phone

Your team updates content in minutes. We're a phone call away when you need help.

    Screens for other industries

Each industry has its own page with the problems, the screens, and the math for that business.

    How we calculate

Here's where the defaults come from.

Restaurants. Operators and vendors surveyed by Networld Media Group report a 3 to 5% sales lift from digital menu boards. A Forrester Total Economic Impact study found a 2.5% increase in average order value. We default to 2.5%.

Retail, grocery, pharmacies, and dispensaries. A four-year field study in the Journal of Marketing (Herhausen, de Jong, and Grewal) tracked 237 campaigns and 30 million shoppers and found screens raised purchase likelihood for featured products by 8.1%. Only a slice of your sales gets featured, so we default to 0.5 to 1.5% of total sales.

Every other revenue industry. Published studies are thin, so we use conservative estimates between 0.5% and 2%. Treat these as a starting point and change them to match your business.

Schools, hospitals, manufacturing, and offices. We count savings only: staff hours no longer spent printing, posting, and updating notices, plus printing you stop paying for.

Cost. $40 per screen per month on a 3 year term, with content software included. Volume pricing lowers the per-screen cost for larger rollouts and multi-location groups. TVs and installation are quoted separately.
